I enjoyed my stay overall. The traditional look, service, and view were all good, and the people were friendly and tried to work around difficulties. With my disabilities, all the stairs were hard to manage. Next time I’ll ask for a room without a balcony, as those don’t have stairs. I had expected a more traditional Greek breakfast, with Greek cheese, yogurt from small farms, Greek butter, and handmade spinach pie.

The pool was great, and I enjoyed spending the day there. We stayed at the Pelion Resort for two nights and had a very good time. The rooms were big, with a good bathroom and a comfortable bed. The service was very friendly and kind, and they were ready to provide anything we needed. Breakfast was also very good. We’d definitely return.

During a storm, the lights in our room went out. Even though it was the biggest summer holiday in Greece, the staff got them fixed within an hour. They were helpful and hospitable, and I’d visit again for that and the cosy feel. The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel is nice and comfortable, with a decent bar and a small pool. There seemed to be too few staff: although the rooms were cleaned every day, they weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the same person worked reception and the bar at night.
