Goutos Properties guided us all the way, from viewing and buying the house through the remodeling. Their team brought real know-how to each step, even when things got complicated, and the results have been outstanding. Mary was efficient, responsive, and always available, while Stathis was consistently professional and dependable. We wouldn’t have this lovely home without their dedication and guidance. They still look after the rental management and continue to offer the same care. Highly recommended.

They handled the purchase of my land efficiently and competently, with professional technical support and quick responses. Just as importantly, they were attentive throughout. That kind of care is rare, and deserves thanks. I can only recommend this real estate agency. Jean T.

I’d heard plenty of negative stories about real estate agencies, so my recent experience with Mrs. Martha Goutou and her colleague, Mrs. Mary Karagianni, felt unreal by Greek standards. They were kind throughout, and helped us deal quickly and effectively with the paperwork maze involved in a simple purchase and sale. Thank you so much. I hope you keep offering your services with that lovely smile, and wish you all the best!
