Meraviglia Slow Living

Gorgeous, stylish units right on the ocean, each with a private pool, plus a lovely restaurant. Awesome place. I just wish we’d stayed longer than two nights.

The staff were really friendly and gave us great service. We enjoyed eating on the terrace, with its lovely view, and especially liked the Greek yogurt and orange cake. If you’re after extraordinary food, there are better suited places in the village. The hotel has a calming feel, and our clean, cosy room had a beautiful view, perfect for sunsets. We liked having a whirlpool in the suite, though the water was too cold to stay in for long. The open roof over the terrace also meant the suites could use some rain or sun protection. Even so, we’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind with gorgeous sea views and sounds.

The setting makes Meraviglia Slow Living feel like a retreat, with modern architecture that sits beautifully in the natural landscape. Inside, the bright spaces are carefully designed, and the rooms feel warm and soothing, with breathtaking views. The gardens and panoramic terraces are lovely places to slow down. What stands out just as much is the hospitality. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and eager to make the stay special. With its beautiful architecture, luxurious design inside and out, and wonderful service, Meraviglia Slow Living is a destination in itself. I left already dreaming of coming back.

We’re always searching for unusual places to stay, and this boutique hotel was one of our favorite finds. Our grande pool suite had a beautiful ocean sunset view, a private pool, a cute outdoor lounge with a fireplace, a bed in the pool, and a balcony off the bedroom. It was quiet, just right for relaxing with a book, having some food, and enjoying the view and silence. That slow pace was exactly what we wanted. Everyone on staff was lovely and accommodating. Christina helped us before we arrived, and Rhea looked after us during our stay. We loved her! We’d love to come back. Don’t think twice if you’re considering staying here. Given the hotel’s location, I’d rent a car to explore the island, as we did, or be prepared to order taxis.
