There was plenty of closet space, and the apartment had air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. It's spacious for two people and in a residential area, with good parking, though quite a walk from the center. The bathroom could use maintenance and improvement. You have to shower in the bath, the shower head can't be hung up, and there's a curtain instead of a glass screen.

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It felt warm and welcoming, in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center. An ideal place to stay in Preveza!

Unfortunately, we felt they saw us as Euros rather than as customers, and we left at the first opportunity. The fake smile was obvious from miles away. When you do this kind of work, you need the right staff and you need to know the job.

The house is beautiful, but unsuitable for a family. Going up and down the apartment building stairs felt scary with children, even holding their hands, because there is no protective mesh on the railings. The balconies have no safety measures either, so we kept the shutters closed to feel safe. Both balconies are so small you can't even put out a chair to sit on, and that makes the house feel stuffy in summer.

Parking was easy to find, and the house was very clean. The hosts were warm and hospitable, served us, and gave us ideas for things to do. I had a great time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it.
