Kavos Psarou Studios and Apartments

The place is so quiet, with lots of space around it, and the beds were perfect. The rooms were very good and housekeeping was excellent. For a two-star room at this price, it’s hard to beat, and the hospitality was excellent too. The beach is practically private, but it’s rocky. If you like rocks more than sand, you’ll love it. Sandy beaches are also nearby, about 3-10 minutes away by car. I think it could easily be rated three stars.

We really liked how quiet it was by the house, with only us and sometimes a few other guests in the water. It’s just two minutes from the sea, and the first-floor balcony has an amazing view. There are pebbles by the house, no sand, but a sandy beach is a seven-minute walk away. That one gets more tourists, so we preferred the quieter spot. The house sits among olive trees by the water, yet livelier places are close too, including another beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. Our room was big and had plenty of useful things, like a kettle, toaster, and kitchen tools. There was always hot water. The beds were two single beds pushed together, rather than a matrimonial, queen, or king bed. The owners are lovely, and this family business has been running for four generations. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

My parents say this happened to them this September. They booked directly with the owner, not through Booking or another platform. At the end of their stay, they were charged twice the amount they had agreed on. They were scammed here. Unfortunately, it did happen.

The hosts, Nikos and Kiki, were warm and friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Everything we needed was in the apartment, the beds were comfortable, and there was both a fan and air conditioning for the hotter parts of the day. The surroundings are peaceful and the view is great. A short walk around the corner takes you to the water, where there’s a small rocky beach with clean, shallow, calm water. Hardly anyone was around, so we could really relax. Two taverns and a small convenience store are within a 5-10 minute walk. If you want somewhere quiet to disconnect, away from crowds and busy areas, this is a great fit. Highly recommended!
