Vorino Luxury Villas

Sitting here watching the sun go down over the mountains behind "Enia". It’s so peaceful. The new buildings are tidy, smart, and well organised. There’s plenty of cutlery in the kitchen, plus a big fridge-freezer, electric hob, and microwave. All three double bedrooms are a good size, and the two bathrooms are lovely with lots of hot or warm water. We didn’t need the air conditioning or heating, but both are there.

Aloni is the upper of the two houses, and the view from the living room and both terraces is splendid. It’s well placed between Aeropoli and Gerilimenas. The setting is quiet, windswept, and wild, just right for a solitary retreat.

The village is small and empty, so the villas feel quite secluded. For those of us used to noisy cities, that can be a real plus. Restaurants, cafes, and beaches are between 5 and 30 minutes away. Inside, the rooms were cosy and cool, the kitchen had everything we needed, the water pressure was strong, and the WiFi was good. There are loads of board games in the living room with English instructions, plus NETFLIX and lots of TV channels, so no need to bring games. Every promise was kept and our expectations were exceeded. The best villa in Authentic Mani, and excellent value for money!

A handy base for a family or couples who aren’t looking for a pool. There’s a good supermarket just two minutes away by car, and plenty of possible day trips to villages and beaches, both small and large. The house has a stylish interior, three roomy bedrooms, and two showers on separate floors. There’s lots of outdoor space too, including a roof terrace with sea views on both sides.
