The pool was well looked after, and we could always find a place to sit there. The beach was crowded every time, since it’s open to the public, and we hadn’t expected to pay extra for sunbeds at a hotel presenting itself as a beach hotel. We were especially put off by one man working on the beach, who was very unpleasant to deal with. The setting and views are beautiful, but the hotel itself felt old. The rooms were outdated, though at least very clean, and the rest of the property had the same worn feel. We were glad we had a rental car to explore the island each day. Breakfast was a simple traditional Greek meal, so expectations should stay modest, and the lobby and bar had little atmosphere.

I was really happy with my stay, especially the beach, rooms and breakfast area. The pool was kept clean, and the staff were friendly even though I was a tourist. Breakfast was light and nice. I recommend it!! :)))

I tried to pay for two bottles of water at the beach with my credit card, but they only took cash. I asked if I could come back shortly to pay or settle up at the end of the day, and the owner shouted at me in front of everyone, asking how I could not have cash with me. It was over water. The whole thing was humiliating, unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve never been treated that way anywhere, especially over something as basic as drinking water.
