There’s a supermarket nearby if you need anything, and a nice bakery with lots of choices about a five-minute walk away. The complex is tidy and conveniently placed just above the beach, a couple of minutes on foot, and around a ten-minute walk from lively central Rethimno. We’ll definitely go back!

The area was quiet at night despite being close to everything, so it was great for resting. The location is ideal, an easy walk to the beach and also to the city center. We were delighted with Cosmos Hotel. Our room was spacious, with a lovely terrace and a handy kitchenette fitted with a stove, kettle, and toaster. It was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every other day, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The rooms are roomy and easy to get around in, and the hotel is right in the city center, close to everything. It was kept clean regularly, and the staff were caring and helpful. And keep an eye out for the local cats! I was very happy with my stay.

Ms. Voula and the other women working there were so kind, always welcoming us with a lovely smile. Their warmth made our time at Cosmos Hotel especially memorable, and we’d gladly return next year. We visited in August 2025. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The location was excellent too. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The staff were polite and really friendly, and there’s even table tennis if you want to play a sport. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a vacation. A good place to stay in Rethymno.
