The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no reception. I found it dangerous that the keys were left unattended on the desk. It felt like all they cared about was getting paid quickly.

The hotel owners were friendly, and the location is really, really good. A good hotel for the price.

The photos didn’t reflect the hotel, and the place was very run down.

The reception and rooms gave an impression of decay and neglect. There was a disgusting smell, with cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom, including under my pillow and on the walls and in the sink. The internet barely worked, and the old TVs got almost no signal. Since I’d prepaid, they were rude and made nasty comments when I complained. I’d been kind to them right to the end, so I regret the whole thing. What a pity.

Stay away from this hotel, it’s a ruin. The woman cleaning, who may also be the owner, was very rude. She shouted at me for no reason and told me not to come near her, saying not to let me catch coronavirus because I’d brought an order while working in delivery. No manners at all.
