Neratze Hammam Suites made a great base for exploring Rethymno's old town, with a little luxury and style to come back to. From the central square, most parts of the old town are easy to reach, and the municipal garden and main bus stop for nearby excursions are just a couple of minutes outside the old town. The rooms make great use of their old building. They're clean, warm, stylish, and well equipped, and the quality renovation sets them apart from many places to stay in the old town. Evenings were extremely quiet, thanks in part to excellent soundproofing. Beds and linens were comfortable and good quality, the lighting was warm, and there are some designer touches. Most rooms also have a small shared balcony where you can have coffee and look out over the central square. Daily service was good, and staff were available when we needed help, so we never felt left alone or helpless. There was good internet, a TV, and a small work table for minor work assignments. Communication was clear, prompt, kind, and effective. I left Rethymno with a great hospitality experience and will definitely check room availability at Neratze on my next visit.

Neratze Hammam Suites has a special, historic feel and a lovely design. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and it felt more personal and unique than a regular hotel. Being in the old town meant I could walk everywhere, with shops, restaurants, and the harbor all close by. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and gave me good advice on things to see and do in Rethymno.

Maria was the part that made the place complete. She has such pleasant energy, and I never felt like I was troubling her. She was kind, polite, helpful, and inviting. The comfortable room and well cared for amenities made a charming base for my trips, and the location couldn't have been better for going back and forth through the alleys of Rethymno. It was a cozy, happy place that made my holiday feel too short. Thank you for everything and for being my warm nest in Rethymno!

Maria and her colleague were so kind, and gave me helpful advice. The welcome was very good at this pleasant hotel in a quiet spot right in the heart of the old town, with lots of very good restaurants nearby. The terrace and private hammam are stunning. I would have appreciated more storage space for clothes. I highly recommend this place.
