Small, cute, and cozy, with a great location, amenities, and service. Everything was 10/10 for me. Highly recommend it! 😊

If you want to enjoy your vacation, I wouldn't put this accommodation on your list. The whole experience felt completely unprofessional. We booked the room by phone rather than through a platform, and on arrival it was really dirty: hair, dust and trash on the floor, a razor in the shower, a dirty toilet, used deodorant and sunscreen under the cabinet, and a broken shower. When we asked if anything could be done about the situation given the price, the girl refused and said the price was already good. She offered to call the cleaner after we pointed out the dirt, but we didn't trust that a room that hadn't been cleaned before our arrival would be cleaned properly then. When I asked whether she'd checked the room, she said she hadn't. I paid, and she said I'd get the receipt at checkout under the statute. I looked into it and found that wasn't the case, so I asked for it by SMS later, as stated in the legal framework. In response, she asked if we wanted to leave because we were upset by the room, which we were, but that had nothing to do with the receipt. We did decide to leave. After half an hour of trying to reach the "lady" by phone, she finally answered, said she couldn't talk and told me to message her, then abruptly hung up. We sent several more messages and got no reply for a long time. When we asked for a full refund, she said without shame that we'd be charged for the first day. They should have refunded it too, since we'd had to get a bucket, mop, and bleach to clean the previous guests' dirt ourselves. We said we'd contact the authorities, and got the rude response, "do whatever you want." Then she said she couldn't bring the money because she was in eastern Crete, which I don't know why we'd care about, and promised to send it at 6:30, minus the first day. Indignant and stressed after that psychological war, we accepted. Fortunately, the money arrived earlier, and it was the only honest thing they did. We were exhausted from travelling after coming from the other end of Greece, and our whole first day was ruined by a girl who simply doesn't know how to do her job. Don't be fooled by the reviews, and always book through Booking or Airbnb! Here's the evidence. The more you zoom in, the more hair and trash you'll see.
