Casa De La Sera

The welcoming feel made us feel right at home, and Katerina was so kind and attentive. Breakfast came with plenty of variety and was delicious. Casa De La Sera is a wonderful place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

We found the terrace worth the extra cost for the added space. Our room itself was compact, but it worked perfectly as a base for exploring the Old Town, and the air conditioning was excellent. There was lovely decor, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. Katerina was a wonderfully attentive host. The location is right in the centre, close to shops, restaurants, and pubs. Breakfast was a simple continental spread with a decent range, including plenty of tea, coffee, and juice.

We had a large, modern room with tasteful decor, and breakfast was really nice. The staff were keen to offer tips for seeing the area. Casa de la Sara is family run and in a perfect spot for exploring Rhodes old town, on a pleasantly quiet street. Highly recommended.

The women who run this B&B were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was very good: fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheeses, spreads, eggs, tea, coffee, and more. We were here for three nights, and the place covered everything we needed. Before heading out in the evenings, we liked sitting with a drink on the little balcony near our room. It’s an old building with rooms that differ in size and style. Our first floor room had a striking inlaid tile floor and a modern shower room, plus a comfortable bed. There wasn’t much space to hang clothes, and the window was high on the wall, so there was no view. Our friend’s room was up several flights of stairs and looked out over the harbour, with a stone arch behind the bed. Its shower room was more basic but still functional. The B&B sits at the edge of the Old Town’s narrow streets, a short uphill walk from the ferry port and harbour. At Thomas is next door and was one of our favourite restaurants. We always visit when we’re in Rhodes, so having it nearby this time was a big bonus.
