Comfort Hotel

The room had several problems: the toilet flush and handle were broken, the shower drained poorly and had no inside handle, the main door handle was coming apart, and one AC leaked across the balcony. The other unit was so loud we left it off all week. The remote for the second AC broke three times, leaving us unable to switch it off or adjust the temperature. Staff mostly seemed uninterested and unhelpful, though the cleaning lady was very friendly. At check-in, I only had to give my name to get the keys, and the corridors to the rooms were left open to the public at all hours, which made security feel poor. Breakfast was inconsistent too, with things like coffee often gone half an hour before it ended. The electricity poles outside were sparking and crackling, though that isn't the hotel's fault. The area felt like possibly the worst part of Rhodes to stay in, and I didn't feel it was safe for women, especially traveling alone. It's also poorly placed for visiting the old town, Lindos, or Falaraki. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was clean and really spacious, and breakfast was simple but good and filling. I also liked the cute animals in the lobby. The staff were very nice, and the owners' nine-year-old son was especially kind and did his best to make guests happy. Thanks to him again! It isn't in the city centre, but the nicest beach is just across the street. You can also walk to the old town in about 15-20 minutes, past lemon trees. There are shops and nice restaurants nearby.

We stayed here on our last holiday in Rhodes. It's handy for local taverns and other amenities. The room was basic but clean and fine, and although the bathroom looked like it had seen better days, it was clean too. Breakfast was basic, but you get what you pay for. They don't have reception open 24/7, which made checking out difficult.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a small selection of hot food, some pastries, tea, and coffee. The beach is only a few minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it.
