The relaxed, welcoming feel at Eden Roc Resort Hotel suited us perfectly. Evenings were romantic and dimly lit, and we went home feeling we'd had the downtime we wanted. We stayed at the end of April, and it's the best hotel we've ever been to. I can't think of a single bad thing about the experience. The service was friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. Our room was fresh and attractive, with new facilities and comfortable beds, and it was cleaned daily. Food was superb, with lots of choice at the buffet and plenty of à la carte restaurants. Some dishes were Michelin-star worthy, and the steak I had at the Peruvian restaurant was the best I've ever had. We never return to the same hotel, but we're ready to break that tradition for Eden Roc Resort Hotel. We're definitely coming back. Thanks to the team for a memorable stay!

The sea itself saved our family vacation, and the reception and main restaurant staff were friendly and great. We stayed at the beginning of September after choosing the hotel from Google Maps reviews. Those reviews really let me down this time, and the stay was disappointing. Cleanliness was a mess. I'm usually not picky and overlook a lot, but our towels were dirty, the room wasn't cleaned beyond making the bed, and even the beach was dirty. It wasn't properly cleaned, only the glasses were picked up, and the amount of trash was visible in the video. The evening entertainment was the biggest letdown. The kids' mini disco lasted only about 30 minutes and didn't happen every day. For adults, the entertainment felt aimed at people aged 60+. In 7 nights, there was just one evening when we could dance a little and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was mediocre too. Breakfast was the same each day, with very little choice, and I didn't feel like going. This didn't feel like 5-star quality. I've had much better stays at 4-star hotels.

The kids and adults had plenty to do, so we weren't bored, and the nightly entertainment was brilliant. It was different every night and they were amazing. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating. The food was really good, especially the beautiful Italian restaurant, which my 10 year old enjoyed. The pool was very cold and salty, the only thing we complained about. We also took a taxi to the old town in Rhodes. The hotel booked it for us, and it stopped right outside the castle. It cost €15 for the 20-minute drive from the hotel.

We had an amazing time at Eden roc hotel, and I'd highly recommend it for families. Our little boy loved the staff, especially the ladies at the kids club. The food was amazing, with 8 restaurants on site, and we were really impressed by both the quality and choice at the buffet. There was fantastic entertainment on the beach during the day and at night. Families thinking about this hotel should give it a go.

The staff were fantastic, and the hotel has a good spot on a private beach. There's not much within walking distance if you want a change of scenery. Breakfast and lunch at the main buffet restaurant were great, though I wasn't as impressed with dinner.
