Breakfast was a real highlight during our five nights, especially the fresh orange juice and homemade pancakes our daughters loved. We'd be grateful for the recipe! Panos made sure we had everything we needed and helped with every request, large or small. He and Georgia were so warm and attentive that we felt more like family than hotel guests. The stay was perfect from arrival to departure, and made our trip to Rhodes so special. If we come back to the island, we'll stay here again. Thank you both so much.

We loved the room's Ottoman decor, comfortable beds and pillows, and how immaculate everything was. Elaia-Fos has a cozy feel and local character, with personal service that made the stay memorable. Georgia prepared a breakfast we really enjoyed, and Panos was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The hotel is in a charming part of Old Rhodes, in a very convenient spot.

Panos made us feel completely welcome and helped with anything we needed, including recommendations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly: about five minutes from the old town center, yet quiet and safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The breakfasts were a highlight, delicious and varied, served beautifully in the dining area beside our room. The team also kept the room clean every day and paid attention to all the little details. From the warm check-in welcome onward, we felt like valued guests. Elaia-fos boutique hotel was cozy, beautifully decorated, super clean, and conveniently located. I knew from the moment we arrived that it would be a special stay. It exceeded my expectations, with a lovely mix of comfort, history, and personal service. I'd definitely return if I visit Rhodes again.
