Yana looked after us brilliantly, with a friendly, professional and welcoming manner, and was always helpful. Our apartment had everything we needed, and the views and location were incredible. From the messages before we arrived through check-in and the rest of the holiday, everything was fantastic. One of the best stays we've ever had anywhere.

The old town turned out to be a great base, and the hotel delivered everything promised and more. We were there last summer and are planning to return next year, which would be the first time we've repeated a holiday destination. I can be a difficult guest, and I think I emailed the hotel every day for two weeks before we arrived. Travelling abroad with our two teenage daughters can also be a constant challenge and a big worry.

The peaceful location is just steps from excellent restaurants, and the attentive staff made us feel well looked after. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, especially enjoyed outside with the very friendly chef. We loved the romantic setting, with a private hot tub, charming terrace and a pretty garden full of comfortable places to sit. It's a lovely choice for an early-season visit to Rhodes when the sea is still chilly, and works well for families with kids too. A perfect stay.

George, the hotel manager, went out of his way to help after I hurt my back shortly before we arrived. He immediately adjusted the room to make it more comfortable for my injury, then arranged a physiotherapy appointment and transport there and back. This is a beautifully appointed boutique hotel run by amazing people. Every detail has been considered. Absolutely PRIMO, we'll be back.
