Kolymbia Sky Hotel

The staff were kind, caring and helpful, and the owner was really friendly. After a week, the barmen felt like brothers from another mother. It’s a great hotel for the price, with big, clean, comfortable rooms and air conditioning. There’s plenty of fresh food to choose from, and the drinks and alcohol are good. A bus stop right beside the hotel connects to Rhodes city and Lindos for 4 euro per person. Kolymbia village is nearby for souvenirs and local food, and the beach is close too. The hotel shop sells things like swimming shoes, goggles, souvenirs, water, snacks and toothbrushes, while another market is a four-minute walk away. We had nothing to complain about during our week. Highly recommend!

The food was the biggest disappointment. Although the stay was all-inclusive, meals were nearly the same every day. There was barely any seafood, just mussels and some tasteless calamari served twice over the whole week. A lot of the food had a strange taste and smell, and after a few days I just wanted to go home and eat something decent. I’m staying at Kolymbia Sky from August 1 to August 8, 2025. The room is very basic and doesn’t meet what I’d expect of a 4-star resort. There isn’t even complimentary drinking water in the room. The only real positives are how close it is to the sea and the friendly, helpful staff. I can’t recommend Kolymbia Sky to anyone expecting a real 4-star experience.

We spent a week here. On the first day there were ants in the room, but the cleaning crew got rid of them after we contacted them. The food was great, and the staff were nice and helpful. The pool was clean and the lifeguard was really nice. The bar had all kinds of drinks, and the bartender was lovely too. The beach is a two-minute walk away, and the main street is about 15 minutes away. I can only recommend the place!

We got back last night, and I have fond memories of the stay. The hotel is well placed near the beach and bus stop, with lots of shops around and another one beside reception. There was no trouble finding a sunbed by the pool. The staff were lovely, especially the pool bar bartenders and lifeguard. In the evenings we could relax with tasty drinks and music. I’ll definitely come back.
