Lindian Dream Seaside Resort

It’s such a beautiful hotel, with lovely views, a wonderful beach, and a calm atmosphere. The location worked well too, just two local bus stops from Lindos town, about four minutes max and 2 euros each way. A perfect choice for a quiet retreat. We loved the little extras during our week at Lindian Dream: a complimentary drink when we arrived, Prosecco in the room, nuts with every drinks order, and homemade treats at the beach each day. They even left the odd chocolate on our pillow. Breakfast on Sunday was a real treat too, with fizz and smoked salmon as part of the buffet. The customer service was brilliant. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Lindos. If I had to pick something, our bathroom was a little tired and could do with an upgrade. The rest of the room was more than adequate.

I felt comfortable swimming at the private beach on my own and could leave my things without worrying. Safety mattered to me since I was travelling solo, and the beach was the best part of the hotel. The outside of the hotel looked beautiful in the evening. I also loved the cozy sunbeds and shelters, which made for a relaxing, private feel. The views were amazing. Cleaning in the room was very good, though the room itself didn’t really feel like 5 stars.

Kind, helpful staff made our stay especially nice. They pampered us every day and even arranged an early breakfast for our early flight. The breakfast had a great range of options too. The setting felt unusual and magical, with the hotel beside the mountains, and the beach and its azure water were special. The rooms were a little disappointing, but considering the price, location, and service, it was worth it.

The breakfast was 10/10, with so many delicious choices, lovely coffee, and fresh juice. We looked forward to it every morning. We didn’t try dinner at the restaurant, but lunch by the pool was really tasty, so I imagine dinner is just as good. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional, and the staff were smartly dressed at breakfast. On checkout day, they let us leave our belongings and keep using the facilities, which was great. This hotel is such a gem, and the stay was amazing from beginning to end. We were greeted warmly with a complimentary drink at check-in, then shown to a room with a bottle of bubbles waiting for us. The private beach had beautiful sea and shoreline, and was so peaceful, with no kids around. The sunbeds were lovely. The pool area and pool itself were stunning, clean, and relaxing, with no crowding or rush for a sunbed. We didn’t mind that the hotel was just outside Lindos. The 20-minute walk into town for dinner and back at night was enjoyable, there’s a pavement, and we always felt safe. Being a little outside the main area made it more peaceful. A few lovely extras stood out: warm showers by the beach, which felt gorgeous to stand under; a family of goats we saw on the beach one day; and a waiter bringing free homemade ice creams around for everyone sunbathing. I also signed up for a free yoga session one day, and it was really good. Honestly, it was an amazing stay and worth every penny. We found it very reasonably priced.
