Staying inside the castle walls felt like living locally for a few days, and the guesthouse delivered what it promised at a good price. It had a family-run feel, with genuinely kind people and a lovely host. Our room was roomy and had everything we needed, from a kettle, tea and coffee to a big mini-fridge. The bathroom was great too, and the place was incredibly clean. I felt like I was at a relative’s house.

Olga was so helpful and friendly, and gave us some really good restaurant suggestions. The room stayed clean, everything worked as it should, including the water pressure, AC and hot water, and having a fridge was great for cold water after a long day. Tap water is drinkable, but we didn’t find it very pleasant, so buy some bottled water. The people here were among the nicest we met on the island. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t book elsewhere.

We could walk everywhere from this lovely location. The staff were kind and helpful, and both the rooms and shared bathroom were always clean. Definitely recommend.

One of the better budget places I’ve stayed in Rhodos. The room wasn’t fancy, and the old town location wasn’t especially impressive, but I felt at home, comfortable, and safe.
