Mitsis Rodos Village

Ioanis Keramitzis made our evenings easier, always serving us with a smile and helping sort out dinner. He was so accommodating. The rooms were exceptional, and the service was even better. We had the best time here with my two little girls. What a lovely stay, I recommend it 100%, thank you.

The hotel is about an hour from the airport by car. We had a fantastic time at Mitsis Rodos Village and enjoyed every minute, from arrival to the end of our stay. The rooms were nice and refurbished, and the food was very tasty with plenty of options. I can't fault the service. The receptionists, bar and restaurant staff, chefs, housekeeping, and animator team all worked so hard and did a fantastic job. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel.

October 26. The staff gave exceptional service, the pool area was fantastic, and the terrace was lovely for evening drinks. It’s very clean and great for families, which the hotel name gives away 😂. There’s a lovely stretch of beach belonging to the hotel, with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The bars, pizza places, and the rest there are included in the all-inclusive package. The hotel is high up on a mountain, or a very large hill, and they provide a buggy to take you to the beach and bring you back. If walking is difficult for you, this hotel isn't suitable. The views of the sea and mountains are brilliant, but the location is a downside for us. It's a 6 km walk to the nearest town, a lovely route along the beach. There's also a bus from the hotel stop for €2, or a taxi for €12. There aren't any pubs except in town, which is lovely and has fantastic, picturesque restaurants. The food wasn't warm enough. We were sometimes first into breakfast and it was only lukewarm, even though I understand it's all-inclusive. I wouldn't personally stay again as a couple, but if I had children or were bringing my grandchild, then definitely yes. I think this is a fair and honest review, and to repeat myself, the staff are brilliant. (The Spanish can learn a lot off the Greeks.)

We spent 10 amazing days here. The place was cosy, beautiful, and peaceful, and our room was lovely. There was something for everyone in the food, and we especially loved the burger, Italian, and Pan Asian à la carte restaurants. The staff really made the hotel special. The entertainment was well organized, with something different every night, and the daytime activities were so much fun. Jay at the night bar and Nelson at the Amphitheater bar were especially attentive. They remembered our orders and always had a smile. They made the holiday memorable, so a big thank you to them and all the staff for being so friendly and kind throughout our stay.
