More Meni City Beach Rhodes

It was a pleasure being a guest here. The location is fantastic, and the people running the hotel were so friendly and efficient. The service was the best.

We stayed at More Meni for three nights on a birthday trip to Rhodes, and the whole visit was lovely. The hotel made a great first impression, with a gorgeous lobby full of plants and boho-style furniture. Our airport transfer dropped us right outside, and check-in took only a few minutes. We arrived at 11:00 and our room was already ready. Room 35 felt bright, spacious, and minimal without being cold, and we had a lovely view of the sea and mountains over the tennis courts. Being adults only kept things calm, especially around the rooftop pool. We spent a whole sunny day there, ordering beer, cocktails, and snacks through the waiters before heading out to explore. The hotel is in the new town, with an easy walk to the old town and quick access to the beach. Breakfast downstairs, in the bar and outdoor area, was excellent each morning. You can order from a menu, including specialty coffee, juices, bakery items, eggs, and yogurt. I especially liked the omelette from Athens and the Greek yogurt with honey and ground walnuts. Our room was refreshed daily with clean towels, and toiletries, shaving kits, and dental kits were available if needed. We’d collected a full bag of laundry during our multi-stop trip. Reception had it washed, dried, and folded a few hours after we dropped it off, for €20, which was very convenient. All the staff we met were warm and friendly, especially the woman who checked us in and seemed to work mornings and days. They even gave us a birthday cake and coffee before we left for the port. I couldn’t fault the stay. I’d happily return, and would recommend it to anyone after a clean, stylish boutique hotel, a good location, and personal service. It has more character and a more personal feel than a larger hotel.

The rooftop views and location were fantastic, and there’s free public parking right in front, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is lovely, and the breakfast service was especially good. It does put style ahead of practicality, though, and could use some renovations here and there.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the modern rooms worked well. With only a limited number of rooms, the place has an exclusive feel. Its location is handy for the old town, boat trips, and the beach, which is a short walk away. There’s a very noisy beach club across the street that stays open late, so bring earplugs.
