Lovely apartment, about a 30-minute walk into Rhodestown.

The apartment is roomy and nicely decorated, with a living room and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace. It was clean, well equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and quiet at night. It's on the ground floor in a peaceful neighborhood outside the old town walls, which are easy to reach on foot. We did have a few ants as roommates, but thankfully not many, and hopefully none came home with us. There's no private parking, so you have to look for a nearby spot. That wasn't always easy, though we managed.

The newer furnishings and clean, safe space had everything we needed. Staying in a residential neighborhood made us feel like locals in Rhodes. We felt a little uneasy trying to observe the quiet hours. Markets, restaurants and the old town are very close, though street parking was a constant issue, and we had to leave the car about 200-250 metres away.
