Anna was especially helpful and patient, explaining the facilities and suggesting good places to visit in Rhodes. She also answered my emails before I arrived, which made planning much easier. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I’m grateful to the whole team for making my first visit to Greece so lovely. I stayed at the Sheraton during the first week of October, and the weather was amazing. The sea view was stunning, so I’d highly recommend upgrading to a sea-view room if you can. My stay was perfect! :)

That underground crossing made getting to the beach so easy, without having to cross the busy road. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes resort in July 2025, and had a wonderful time. The staff were lovely and helpful, the food was incredible, and they upgraded us to a beautiful ocean-view room. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Sheraton Rhodes and would definitely suggest booking a sea-view room if you can. The room was very nice, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, especially the room maids. The hotel was accommodating with our needs and requests. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room and soft drinks or water with the dinner buffet.

The hotel is well placed for getting around, with public transport right outside for trips to Rhodes Town and Lindos. Shops and kiosks are close by, too. The pool and beach areas are lovely, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had great room service. Georgia at customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dimitris at the Castellania restaurant made breakfast and dinner special with his attentive, warm service. There was a good range of food and the dinner menu changed, though I think the quality could be better. I booked a spa package. The facilities felt outdated compared with other 5-star Sheraton hotels, but Mariana gave excellent massages and a facial. Entertainment was lively, sometimes too much, with music overlapping from the restaurant, bar, and even nearby hotels, which made it harder to relax. It was a very enjoyable holiday, though the resort didn't feel on the same level as other Sheraton 5-star properties.

The location made it easy to reach major tourist sites while still giving us a peaceful stay. Everything was very clean, and our comfortable room was carefully maintained each day. We also enjoyed the dining room and the restaurant. The buffet had plenty of variety for different tastes, and the service team was always friendly and attentive.
