The apartment sits on the first floor, reached by a stone staircase, and the nearest vehicle drop-off gate is about a 7-10 minute walk away. They can arrange an electric shuttle from the gate if you let them know. Inside, there are three roomy bedrooms, tasteful furnishings and a large modern bathroom. The kitchen is very basic, with a sink, coffee and a microwave. Downstairs, there’s a seating area shaded by bougainvillea. The renovation is stunning, and it’s right in the heart of the old city.

We slept really well on the very comfortable bed. It’s quiet, too, despite being so well placed for exploring the old town. The apartment is lovely, with very clean towels, linens and amenities, and the courtyard’s bougainvillea is charming.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was just right. The rooms are good and the location makes it easy to walk everywhere in Old Town. We did hear noise from upstairs and from the street in front. The kitchen is tiny and short on equipment, like a spatula and scoop, and the sink is too small for washing a frying pan or pot. Just so you know, the coffee machine takes capsules. I’d recommend staying here.

The place has so much character that I saw plenty of people stopping to photograph the exterior. It’s beautiful, on a quiet street by the Byzantine ruins, but still close to all the action. Thanks for being such a fantastic host. A perfect location, highly recommend, 5 stars.

We stayed with my wife on 8-11/ 9, and the house was very clean in a quiet area, close to red door. Communication with the owner, Mr Adamantios and mr alexis, was excellent. The location is very good. If you see dates available, book right away!
