It's a fair option for the price. The house is a little dated and smells very old inside, and the bathroom cleaning could be better. Water pressure is very low, hot water is limited, and there are mosquitoes. The fly screens need resetting. On the good side, each bedroom has AC, there's a nice outdoor terrace, and the owner is friendly and responsive. The sea is just a 2-minute walk away.

We'd happily return. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready with suggestions for things to do and places to visit nearby. The beach is just steps away, with picturesque tavernas and traditional cafes easy to reach. We highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, tranquil stay.

We felt comfortable in John’s spacious apartment during our week there, and it was always nice to come back to. The sea is 100 m away, but a large house blocks the sea view. There are cats around. Be prepared for very weak water pressure, hot water only at limited times, and some mosquitoes.

This is a lovely choice for a family wanting a peaceful, relaxing studio by the beach, where you can make sandwiches or have tea. We had a wonderful time, and John and Peter were very kind to us. We'll definitely return. If you're after luxury, though, this probably isn't the place for you.

Giannis, thank you! The hosts are so friendly and made the stay even better. The beach is only a minute away, and there are so many beautiful places in northern Corfu. Love this place and can't wait to come back!
