Villa Rodea

The house was lovely, modern, and full of thoughtful details, with an incredible view. We especially loved Philipos 🫶🏽 He’s the G.O.A.T., as the kids say 🐐. Even in the brutal heat, the breeze felt so good. 10/10!

The drive up to the house is steep, which is useful to know if you’re travelling with children or older relatives. My family and I came from Canada and stayed for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Philippos was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The house itself is elegant, beautiful, and clean, with a fantastic view. Just wow! And do try the lamb restaurant in the area.

Even though the villa is outside the city, the panorama over the city and sea is perfect. There’s an infinity pool and two terraces, plus loads of space: the large villa has three bedrooms and a huge living room, and the smaller house has a bedroom and living room. There are three bathrooms in total, two in the main villa and one in the smaller house, although booking only mentioned one. The host was very helpful. You can message him any time with questions, and he’ll try to give you the best advice. The downside is that there isn’t a large garbage container near the villa, so you have to take your trash bags with you when you go to the village.
