We’re already booked to return in May after such a good family holiday here in 2024. The hotel is small and personal, with staff who are warm, helpful, and attentive. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the cleaning and maintenance teams clearly work hard. The beach is just across the road, with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants about three minutes away on foot. Meals were a real highlight. There’s a good range even though the buffet isn’t huge, and what’s served is hot and tasty. Breakfast has the usual options, eggs can be made to order, and there’s a lovely bread and salad station. The desserts were the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Drinks were delicious too, with cocktails made to order and none of those sticky sweet syrups. The pool is on the small side but worked well for us. We only struggled to get a lounger twice in 12 days, and there are lilos and rings to share. Nearly everyone we met was friendly, polite, and interesting. I even couldn’t fit into my shorts after two weeks here. Can’t wait to come back.

The reception team made us feel welcome straight away, and they were a huge help with choosing from all the excursions and activities around Crete. Special thanks to Sofia, who arranged several trips and answered all our questions. The hotel also runs outings to beaches, gorges, and other attractions. There are markets, spas, shops, restaurants, and the beach within a five-minute walk. Our room was very large and cleaned thoroughly every day. The buffet and drinks were great, and the staff serving them were friendly and attentive. There’s entertainment each evening, from quizzes to karaoke, and Morris did a lovely job getting everyone comfortable and making it fun. We’d happily stay here again and explore more of Crete. We’ve had such a lovely time at this little hotel in Crete. The pool is just right and beautifully clean, and the rooms are spacious, tidy, and comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and tavernas close by. The staff are wonderful and welcoming, and the food was fantastic. A special thank you to the chefs, who came up with something different for lunch and dinner every day. Hope to see you next year 🫶🏼

The entertainment was chaotically brilliant, thanks to Jack. By the end of our ten days even I’d relaxed and become chatty, which my family found very unnerving. I’m usually grumpy and not very sociable, so that says a lot. Would I come back? In a heartbeat. We all loved our stay, including my two teenage boys. The staff are genuinely welcoming, lovely, and attentive. We had a family room on the third floor with great sea views. Everywhere was clean, and there was plenty of good food.

Would definitely come again. The place looks fancy and the shower is massive. Silvy was really friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was so kind. She showed us the rooms, restaurants, and everything the hotel offers. Recommended for anyone staying in Crete.
