Adam & Eve Villas

We visited in October 2025. The owner was friendly, spoke English, and was easy to reach, so communication was simple and issues got quick responses. The villa was clean and well equipped, including the kitchen, with stable internet and a washing machine. It also has covered private parking, a small pool, and a large grill area. A nice beach is nearby, and several restaurants and a supermarket are about a seven-minute drive away. The biggest problems for us were noise. The area itself is quiet, but a road near the villa carries sound loudly because of the hillside. It’s not a busy road, though its bends seem to draw motorbikes and noisy, reckless sporty driving. The property has two neighboring villas with a shared entrance, so the neighbors can affect your stay a lot. Twice during our visit, people renting the other villa held parties late into the night in this quiet residential area. We had to argue with them to try to get the volume down, and I felt the owner didn’t do enough to stop the noise. It significantly detracted from our stay. Hot water pressure and temperature were inconsistent, making it impossible to shower in multiple bathrooms at once, despite there being three. Apart from beaches within reasonable driving distance, the area felt fairly boring and could be explored in two days. Other attractions require about a two-hour drive, so a road trip may make more sense than using this as a single base. The place also seems to have seen better days. It’s getting older little by little, and I’d say its olfaction nowadays.
