The welcome and kindness were incredible, five stars don’t feel like enough. We were eight people for eight days in a three-bedroom house. The shared indoor space, with a kitchen and living room, worked really well, as did the two large balconies. Outside, we made good use of the garden, pool, sunbeds, tables, and chairs. Towels and sheets were plentiful. Our kids were 7-11, and the place was family friendly. Every room had air conditioning for cooling, and two bedrooms plus the living room had smart TVs with internet. The building isn’t new, but it’s well maintained and we had no problems.

We had a relaxing summer holiday in this very clean apartment. The owner was so hospitable, and we had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely return next year.

The garden was a delight, with fig, lemon, pomegranate, and other trees, and the little pool was fun for kids and adults alike. Inside, the TVs are smart TVs with YouTube and Netflix, and there’s air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The house is on the Athenian Riviera, just minutes from several beaches and tavernas or restaurants. Since it’s right on the seafront, we recommend trying the seafood restaurants. Ioannis gave us a very warm welcome. There were also lots of useful basics for a rental: toilet paper, bottled water, a new sponge, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, a first-aid kit, spices, paper towels, and kitchen roll. Barbecues aren’t recommended in summer because of the fire risk in the heat.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the pool was a good choice for our young children. The beach was also very close. We had a wonderful holiday with a very hospitable owner who helped us with everything.
