LaGon Luxury Villa

The villa was nice, and we enjoyed the views and location during our girlfriends’ trip to Athens for my dream 70th birthday. Three wonderful chefs made the trip especially memorable, they were amazing. A few things didn’t go smoothly. There was no ensuite bathroom, and while there was a washer, its instructions weren’t in English. We contacted management several times to ask how to use it, but there was no dryer, just a clothesline. We were given only one set of towels per person for the eight days. We also had no hot water for a full day. Someone called several times to ask us to keep checking the circuit box, and the repair finally happened late that evening. Afterward, the setting was so hot that a bubble formed around the sink’s rubber base and it burst. I have pictures, and one of the women got a slight burn from the hot water. The pool wasn’t heated, even though we’d asked about it around 30 days before arriving. Two men came on the second day to try to fix it, but the pool remained unheated for the rest of our stay. The villa’s peaceful setting and easy access to the airport made our arrival and departure simple. We stayed in Lagonisi, and everything about this beautiful place exceeded what I expected. It’s thoughtfully designed and decorated, with a breathtaking view that made meals on the terrace and time by the pool especially memorable. The private pool was great for relaxing and having fun, and the whole property was spotless and well cared for. I’d absolutely recommend it as a place to unwind and enjoy the Athenian Riviera.

The place was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The hosts communicated well, too. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Four of us stayed at LaGon in June, right at the start of summer, and we couldn’t have asked for a better beginning to our vacation. The house was spotless, comfortable, and lovely, with an incredible view. Its layout worked really well for a group, and the peaceful surroundings and pool were a real bonus. We especially loved the relaxed afternoons, playing music as the sun went down. We brought our own speaker and kept things respectful, though we may have gotten a little lively, so we hope they’ll forgive us! Food delivery and coffee were easy to arrange, and the hosts were so friendly and ready to help. Now that winter’s coming, we keep talking about going back. All four of us had a great time and agreed we’d love to do it again.
