We especially loved having breakfast on the terrace with the sea in view. The food was fresh and delicious, and the infinity pool was a peaceful place to relax. The whole hotel felt calm, carefully organized and high quality, with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with stylish decor and excellent amenities. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully designed, in a great spot overlooking Elounda Bay. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay, and would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Crete and Elounda.

From its hillside setting, the hotel looks out over the sea and mountains, and the view is wonderfully relaxing. The decor is cohesive and pleasant, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and dedicated. A truly unique place, highly recommended. I’ll be back.

The pool and its view made it easy to relax, and the mastiha cocktail was one of the best we’ve tried. The food was excellent quality and well prepared, with consistently friendly, professional service from reception, restaurant and bar. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, and the bed gave us some of our best sleep. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a clever layout. The design throughout the hotel is modern and impressive, with a lot of thought behind it. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area, and this one stands out as the best. Highly recommended!

The panoramic gym and beautiful pool made it easy to unwind, and the bay view from our room was so peaceful. We spent 10 days in Crete for my husband's birthday and were lucky to stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Elounda. The room was modern, cozy, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The whole place felt elegant and welcoming, almost like home. The staff were kind and attentive from before we even arrived. We were touched by the birthday gift they left in our room for my husband. Everyone, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen, waiters, and bellhops, was lovely throughout our stay. Special thanks to Marina, Irini, Stavros, Lucas, and Christos for their warmth and professionalism. The gym has panoramic bay views and up-to-date equipment, and the pool area is magnificent. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the easygoing Greek atmosphere. The location also made it simple to explore the rest of Crete. Everything was wonderful, and we left with lovely memories. We'd be very happy to return. Thank you to the whole team.
