Ekavi Hotel

We spent more than a week here on a family summer holiday and enjoyed every minute. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and housekeeping was very reliable. The hotel is right by the sea, with its own beachfront, which was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was great, and breakfast was a self-service buffet with lots of choice: meat, vegetables, eggs, cheese, bakery items, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and tea. The management and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The managers, Sula and her husband, were exceptionally nice and spoke perfect English and German. I can warmly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely return.

The sunset was a real treat to watch with a glass of the delicious house wine. This cozy hotel sits on the sandy shore of the Cretan Sea, and there’s a tavern serving wonderful home-cooked food. The friendly hosts and staff do everything they can to make guests comfortable. A lovely place to relax. Thanks for a wonderful holiday and for making us feel like part of a big Greek family.

The beach and pool were lovely, the staff were really friendly, and we had a great stay at Ekavi Beach. We even got moved to a better room at no charge because of a pipe issue. It’s a quiet, pretty spot and good value, with great restaurant food, though breakfast was just okay. The room was the downside: the drain smelled a little, there was no shower curtain so water went all over the bathroom, and without a mosquito net we had to pay for AC to avoid getting bitten. Food options weren’t very friendly for dietary restrictions either. I’m lactose intolerant, so I just had to commit to the “lifestyle” 😂 We’d definitely come back, but that’s why it’s 4/5.

We came for a wedding, and the owner helped arrange everything from hair and nails to the rest of the details. She was great and could sort out anything, with all the information we needed for a good holiday. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms very clean, and there’s a bar by the pool, direct beach access, and plenty of parking. There’s absolutely no way you can’t enjoy Ekavi Beach Hotel. Highly recommended.
