Stemma Hotel

The location was excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the strip, and I’d definitely return. These are lovely family run apartments. Our board was bed and breakfast, and the bar food was available throughout the day and night, all excellent. The apartments were a little dated, but apparently they’re being fully refurbished this winter. I heard that Polish guests are being offered this hotel next year, which is a pity.

We had a nice, relaxed breakfast and could also get meals and snacks, with a bar on site. The pool was nice too. This family run hotel has lovely grounds, a patio, and large rooms with a TV, air-conditioning, kettle, and a little stove in the kitchen area. It’s in a lovely quiet area, about a 5-6 minute walk from the beach. Perfect for a peaceful holiday.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were bigger than usual, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, though. There were no saucers for the coffee cups, and they served margarine instead of butter with the toast. I’d come back.

The owners greeted us when we arrived in August 2024 and showed us to a really big room with a nice balcony. The shower was the only downside, but that’s Greece, so I’m used to it. We had a lovely two weeks. It was quiet even in August, and peaceful at night, just how I like it. There was no rush for a sunbed in the morning, and the pool was massive. Breakfast was okay and filled a hole, while the lunch and evening menu were really nice and good value. Our six-year-old son enjoyed a couple of days at the Sidari water park hotel with slides, which was well placed for us. The service was really friendly, and the staff were always happy to chat. The location was superb, far enough from the strip for a nice evening walk, with plenty of places nearby for a quieter meal. We’d definitely stay again.
