Maritimo Beach Hotel

We stayed for seven nights, and the room was really nice and always tidy. The food was delicious, and the service was so friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!

The balcony had the best sea view, and our room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and the swimming pool was amazing. We spent six nights here and had the most marvelous holiday. The location is priceless. If you want a great holiday, you should book this hotel :)

We got back after a week at Maritimo Beach Hotel, and wow, we love Sissi. The people are so nice, the hotel is great, and our downstairs garden-view room by the smaller pool, number 608, was very nice and spotless every day. The rest of the hotel was spotless too. The staff were so nice, and there was one woman I saw working in the restaurant from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., making coffees and doing other things, then at the pool bar from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and back in the restaurant from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. I’m pretty sure I saw her every day. That’s some dedication to her job. She needs a rest, though! The food is 90% Greek and 10% pasta and chips for kids, and that’s 100% fine with me. I could go on and on, but in a nutshell, I can’t wait to come back. 👍🏻

The staff are what made our stay at Maritimo Beach Hotel feel so personal. Everyone was welcoming and looked after our requests, and Athenia deserves a special thank you. The hotel itself is peaceful, in the lovely little harbour town of Sisi, with spacious, airy modern rooms and good air conditioning. They were cleaned daily, and towels and bedding were changed regularly. We liked having two pools, one quieter than the other, so there was a choice between relaxing and being near the pool bar and families. Breakfast had a nice range and was good quality, while the pool bar served freshly prepared Greek food to a consistently high standard. There was entertainment every other night, which was enjoyable if you felt like joining in.
