Mrs. Effie gave us a warm welcome, helped us find our way around, and even brought us gifts. She was an exceptional host, and my family and I will definitely return. Thanks so much, Mrs. Effie. The accommodation sits on a hill between a vineyard and olive grove, with views over all of Neos Marmaras. It's peaceful, close to the resort, about five minutes by car from the nearest store and ten from the nearest beach, or less. Parking is right beside the houses. The modern rooms have everything we needed, including air conditioning in every room, a fridge and hairdryer. They were spotless, cleaned daily, and towels and sheets were changed. The espresso machine's coffee capsules were even replenished each day. Wi-Fi was very good too. Sithonia has impressive beaches nearby. In four days we visited eight and spent time at four, with fine sand or pebbles, rocky stretches, turquoise water and different kinds of water entry. Some east coast beaches had views of Mount Athos. Neos Marmaras also has plenty of taverns, terraces and restaurants with exceptional food. Service at the beaches and restaurants was excellent, and prices were very good. Much respect to the Greeks.

We booked at the last minute and had a great experience. Mrs. Efi helped us from the start with directions and looked after us throughout the stay. We arrived quite late, and her son Nakos greeted us warmly, showed us our room and was very polite and friendly. The next day, her husband Mr. Giannis shared tips on the best beaches and helped with whatever we needed. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean and well maintained, with clear care in the details. The whole family was so kind and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Highly recommend!

It's been nearly three years of coming to Alikon Apartments, Adults Only, at least two or three times each summer, and we still fall for it every time. The owners are welcoming and kind, and the apartments are modern, spotless and carefully looked after. Set on a quiet hill, the place has grape and winery yards on one side and lovely sea views on the other. It's peaceful and picturesque, a joy to wake up to. We love the setting and can't imagine a summer in Greece without a visit. This place stays in your heart. Highly recommended for a relaxing, beautiful getaway.

From the hill, there's a lovely view of the sea and city. It's a quiet, peaceful and romantic spot, and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable. Every detail felt just right. It's the best accommodation I've stayed in so far, and I recommend it.
