We were there from August 4 to August 11, 2025, and were very pleased with the apartment. The kitchen had just about everything you could think of, and the Wi-Fi was reliable and good. The cleaning staff came daily and kept the place spotless. We were welcomed with two bottles of water in the fridge, along with coffee and snacks. For parking, we used the public lot by the marina and could see our car, so it was fine. We’re very satisfied and will definitely come back. ❤️

Studio No. 3 has a lovely sea view, and the apartment is cozy, comfortable, and fairly well equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center beside the port. The main drawbacks were the weak Wi-Fi indoors and no signal on the terrace. The walls are thin, too, so we could hear a lot from next door. Our neighbors were loud and kept slamming doors, especially late at night and early in the morning. It didn’t seem like quiet hours were being observed or enforced. Even so, everything else was nice.

The location is great and the view is amazing, but the room is small. It has nearly everything, though there was no sugar or coffee, and the internet wasn’t good. Communication with the hosts was poor. They took 48 hours to reply. The TV remote was broken, and we couldn’t use it. We asked for help and were told it had been fixed, but it still didn’t work.

Mrs Maria was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a sea-side view, right in downtown N.Marmaras. It had air-conditioning in the rooms. Our apartment, Nr8, took quite a few steps to reach, but that wasn’t a problem for us.
