Assano Sea Front Luxury

Breakfast was better than I expected from a small hotel, with something different each day, plus fruit and good coffee. The location is extremely good, and the sun loungers were the best we've ever had. They were all included in the apartment price.

We spent four nights here and loved how peaceful the hotel was, even though restaurants and the bazaar are only a minute or two away. Parking was easy, the rooms were clean, breakfast was delightful, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is right by the sea and offers private sunbeds free of charge. The beach had soft sand and calm water. There’s a small stony patch at the water’s edge, but it quickly turns to pure sand, and the water doesn’t get deep right away. A great stay.

The bathroom smell was another problem for us. It constantly smelled like sewage, and we had to get air freshener ourselves. The water situation was the main issue, though. Some days we had no water at all because of an electricity malfunction that nobody knew about until we complained at 8 pm. At other times, there was low pressure or no hot water, just cold. Not having running water was very unpleasant, especially in a small hotel. I hope these faults only affected us and aren’t a regular issue for most guests. Otherwise, it’s a pleasant hotel in a great spot on the long, beautiful Nikiti beach, close to shops and restaurants. The beach area is comfortable and hotel guests get free sunbeds. Parking is free and works fine, though the lot is small and crowded.

We stayed a week with our family and infant. The place has more of a romantic feel, but we had no trouble bringing the baby. The woman who cleaned our room even washed our baby bottles. The staff were lovely, and being right by the beach made for a great stay. Thank you!
