In Neos Marmaras, this is an excellent place to stay. The apartments are modern, clean and nicely done, with everything you need. The sea view and little beach just in front of the building are priceless. Maria and her mother Adriana are wonderful hosts. We also recommend the restaurants Okyalos and Panos, and the beautiful Koviou Beach.

Maria and her mother welcomed us warmly and had everything ready, even though we arrived early. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable interior and everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and the naturally shaded terrace for coffee. They also greeted us with coffee and cup cakes. We'll definitely come back. The villa is only 20 meters from the sea, with a breathtaking view of endless blue water that was soothing to look at. Lush greenery surrounds the calm, inviting sea, and a small secluded beach with crystal-clear water is just steps away. It felt like our own little paradise.

My dream vacation came true. The sea view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was calm and pleasant. It took no more than 7 minutes to walk to the center and its taverns. The apartment was cozy, very clean, and had all the equipment we needed. And our host Maria was amazing, gentle and such a bright person. Thank you, I'm still smiling! We'll come again next year 🤗🫶

The apartment was spacious and peaceful, with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, and fresh linens and towels that were changed regularly. We could unwind properly there, and the sea view was lovely. There’s a small, charming beach right outside, while the city center is only a short walk away. Maria made the stay especially memorable. She was welcoming from the start and attentive to every detail. The night before we left, she surprised us with a few symbolic gifts, which really touched us. It was one of the best stays we’ve had on our travels, and we’d happily come back.
