The rooms are decent sized and seem clean, but the bathrooms smell really bad. There’s only one set of sheets. Worst of all is the parking: you have to leave your car in Sarti and walk back to your apartment. If you’re coming by car, don’t even consider this place.

The sewage smell from the toilet was constant, and when we brushed our teeth, water drained into the sink and then came back up through the shower. My family and I stayed at this villa two years ago, and we won’t return. I’ve heard the problem still hasn’t been fixed, and that some guests this year even got sick after sewage water flooded their apartment. That’s why I’m writing this now, even two years later. I should have posted sooner, maybe it could have spared someone else’s holiday and health. The canalization problem in Toroni seems worst here. Villa Fay, please fix it for future guests. God forbid anyone books this villa.

It’s decent for the price, nothing special, but it does the job. The kitchen could be a bit better. Everything else is fine.

The owners are lovely, and we especially enjoyed sitting on our balcony each evening, looking at the sea and the amazing sunsets. We stayed in a bamboo suite, with a very comfortable bed, stylish decor, and a modern bathroom. It’s a lovely hotel in a great spot, just a stone’s throw from the beach.

Fotini and Kostas made the stay unforgettable with their warm hospitality and constant smiles. The breakfast was impeccable too. The hotel has stunning rooms in a wonderful location right beside a sandy beach. I’m immensely grateful for the experience.
