This is the worst house in Neos Marmaras. It's very dirty and old, with no decent facilities or even basic dishes to make coffee or tea. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even an enemy. The owners are very unkind. On our last day, a storm and heavy rain hit all of Greece. We had no water or electricity, but the owner still wanted everyone out of the apartment at 9 o'clock. They didn't help people find somewhere to go out of the rain or even let us use a toilet, despite there being children. This isn't fit to rent out, it's fit for animals. If zero were an option, I'd give it 0.
The location was the only thing I liked. The rooms are terrible, with old furniture, broken bathroom parts and incomplete cutlery. I don't recommend it.
The studios are nice, but the ground floor is old. The first floor is new.
The outdoor seating area is really lovely, and everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind.
