Hotel Palladium Sithonia

We stayed for six nights, from September 6-12, 2025. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the area was quiet. Breakfast had limited choice, but it was fresh and tasty. The location was excellent, just a few steps from Kalamitsi beach, which is clean, sandy, and ideal for families with kids. The rest didn’t meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The rooms were much smaller than they looked in the photos, which wasn’t ideal for spending time indoors with a small child, especially during the day. There’s no play area for kids. The bathroom water was dirty throughout our stay. Housekeeping was poor and it took repeated requests to get basic cleaning done. The attitude felt unwelcoming, and the hotel seemed dated and in need of upgrades. We wouldn’t return without significant improvements.

Hello, I’m back with a review after six nights at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and it’s close to the beach. But the bathroom water stayed dirty for our whole stay. We reported it and were told they’d check and fix it, but nothing changed. Breakfast was too limited and the cold cuts were poor quality. The trays weren’t refilled, so if you arrived after 8:45 AM, some items were gone. Room cleanliness was poor too: for two days we had just one roll of toilet paper, though we’d brought some from home, towels weren’t changed for three days, and the bed linen wasn’t replaced on time. The water was cold in the morning, with no heating from the sun, which made it very uncomfortable when we couldn’t shower. At the hotel restaurant, prices were higher than in Milan, with pizza costing up to €22. Is that expensive? Everyone can decide, but it felt a bit much for Greece. Thank you. 😊

The beach is close, the rooms are spotless and the bed was perfect. They cleaned every day during our week here in August. Breakfast was exceptional, and the poolside vibe was lovely whether we were eating or just having coffee. The staff were polite, and the other guests seemed sophisticated.

The staff made our family feel looked after from the start. We arrived after 10 PM and were welcomed warmly, and when our child came down with the flu they helped with extra bathroom service and prepared meals suited to the child’s needs. They showed real care and empathy throughout. We also really enjoyed eating at Hotel Palladium. The pizza and pasta were especially good, fresh and full of flavor, and everything came with a smile. Service was friendly and accommodating overall. Kalamitsi is a great spot for a family break, with a beautiful sandy beach about 50 meters away and no stones. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
