Iliadis House

A wonderful last-minute find! Sithonia was easy to explore from this perfectly located apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The owner went out of his way to make me feel welcome and enjoy my time. Thank you, Sokratis.

Not great, not terrible. The rooms are really small, and there weren’t any wine glasses. Our balcony was huge, though. At night it gets really loud, and I couldn’t sleep well.

The staff were really nice and made everything easy, with tips for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the place is well located right in the center of Sarti.

We chose the second-floor room after the host, who had a lovely personality and energy, offered us a choice. From the balcony we could see beautiful mountains and a little of the sea. The room was cozy and clean, with colorful walls and stylish mirrors. I also loved the clock on the first-floor wall. Instead of the usual small soaps and shower gels, they provided a large container of liquid soap. Our host gave us homemade anise tsipouro as a welcome present, which we’ll try back home. The fridge is small but efficient and fits plenty. The cleaning staff, especially the ladies, were very pleasant. There’s a great parking spot shaded by grapevines, so the cars stay protected from the sun. The location is wonderful, close to the beach, supermarkets, and other points of interest in Sarti. We’ll definitely return next year for a much longer stay. Congratulations to the host and team!
