The rooms are modern and super clean, with a beautiful view over the city from the top of Neos Marmaras. There are a few parking spaces out front, and more parking along the main street, 20m away. You can walk to all the city attractions in about 5 minutes, though the alleys are quite steep.

We had a spot reserved for our car right in front of the hotel when we arrived. The staff were lovely, smart, and always ready to help or point us in the right direction. The place is cleaned constantly, and everything shines. Beds are super comfortable, and the internet is strong, with an amplifier in every room. From the cozy glass balcony, the sea view is panoramic and beautiful. The hotel is about 8 minutes from the center, away from the big noise, and it’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. We’re already thinking about our next visit to Neos Marmaras and Kali Thea Suites. A lot of money, design ideas, and materials went into it, and it really shows. For us, it’s the best hotel in Neos Marmaras. We recommend it!

Every room has an amazing view of the port, and the central location in Neos Marmaras puts you close to shops and restaurants. It’s an excellent base for staying in Sithonia. Kostas welcomed us warmly and offered a room with a slightly better view. The place feels relatively new and quite high end, with nice decor and quality amenities. Even though we didn’t ask, our room was cleaned every day. A great experience and very good value for money.
