The garden and pool are great, and the owners are polite. There's enough parking on the street and in the lot behind, and they also have an elevator. Compared with most places to stay in Chalkidiki, this one is great, though the competition is getting better, especially in Nikiti. It's almost new, clean, and properly maintained, but there's still room for improvement: the overhead shower head is rusty, and the kitchen hood blows back into the kitchen because there's no outlet hose. The Wi-Fi could be better too, sometimes it's completely useless, even in September. Maybe it's not the best value for money, but everyone can choose...

Spotless, the cleanest place I've booked. It's very close to the sea and really quiet. The room had everything you need, including coffee and tea. Did I mention it was very clean too? I might have been the loudest guest, trying to start a live DJ pool party 😀. You'll definitely enjoy your stay here.

We were a family of four staying at Leon Villas in Nikiti, and rented two studios. The studios were comfortable and clean, and having a washing machine was really convenient. The pool was a lovely extra, perfect for relaxing. We were glad to meet Leon and his son Kostas. They were both so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for families visiting the area!

After a sunny day at one of the lovely beaches around Nikiti, it was great to come back and cool off in the pool, which stays open until 21:00. The street is really quiet, even though the promenade and restaurants are only a few steps away. Our room was very clean and cleaned every morning. Parking was easy too, with street spaces and a parking area of their own.

Kostas and his father, Leonidis, made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Their kindness and the thoughtful gifts they gave us made the stay especially memorable, and they were always happy to help. The villas are spotless and cozy, with modern amenities and clear attention to detail, from the linens to the facilities. We also loved how peaceful the setting was while still being close to the beaches, local tavernas, shops, and cafes in Nikiti. We had such a lovely time at Leon Villas in Nikiti, Sithonia, Greece, and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Kostas and Leonidis!
