Natalie Apartments

The room itself was clean and very comfortable, which is why I'm giving three stars. The service from the staff was very poor, and we struggled to communicate. They called to ask when we'd check in, but when that time came we waited 40 minutes in the heat with our suitcases. Nobody came to give us keys or tell us our room, and they weren't answering the phone. About an hour later, they finally called and told us which room was ours.

We were very comfortable in our apartment at Natalie Apartments, and I'm glad we chose it. The bedroom is in its own section, the wardrobe is practical, and the air conditioning works. The bed was extremely large and comfortable. I have a herniated disc, but still felt very comfortable. There's also a balcony with a table and chairs and a little sea view. The interior is well designed, with a very spacious bathroom and a kitchen stocked with the utensils we needed, including pans, pots, glasses, and plates. The refrigerator is quite large, too. Maria greeted us when we arrived and told us about Neos Marmaras and the apartment. She's a warm person and was very helpful. My wife and I had a lovely time. Thanks to Maria and all the staff. We'd choose Natalie Apartments again if we return.

Mosquitoes were a really serious problem, and there were no screens.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the service was very good. It's in a central part of Marmara.
