Studio Nikiti Beach

The yard is lovely, full of flowers and greenery, and a great place to unwind. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything you need. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and made to suit our preferences. Everything was clean and tidy, and the hosts were very kind and ready to help. The owner also gave us useful information that helped during our stay. Highly recommended!

We were 16 adults and 9 children, which could be a challenge for a small family-run hotel. The owner and team handled any requests professionally, and Studios Nikiti can feel like a little paradise when you're respectful, kind, and bring a smile. Breakfast was great, and Antigoni Taverna and To Spitaki right next door are worth checking out. There’s a pool, and the beach is just across the street, so there's plenty of ways to cool off. The pier is good for jumping into the water, even for younger kids, and pretty much all of Nikiti is within walking distance. I definitely recommend it!

We’d been to Sithonia several times before, but Nikiti was new for us, and I’m already sure we’ll return. The hotel is close to the beach, shops, and plenty of taverns, yet it stays quiet enough to get proper rest. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and they cleaned daily, changing towels and linens every other day. There’s a modern pool in the yard with a lifeguard. Breakfast was fresh and varied, especially the waffles with honey. Kyriakos was a kind, welcoming manager, and the staff were helpful and polite. To Spitaki gelateria is right next door and well worth a stop.

The location is perfect, and the pool is fantastic. Everyone we met was extremely kind and welcoming. There’s a renovated newer section as well as an older one. The older rooms cost less, but apart from the beds they haven’t been updated in a long time, so look at the site photos and choose for yourself. The price on the site is 20-30% lower than booking.
