Soooo lovely! The rooms were clean, with air conditioning and insect screens on all the windows and the balcony. Everything was nearby, the beach, shop, bars, and restaurants. 💗

The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. The rooms are quite small, but clean and tidy. The beach is 100m away, with nice parking and a beautiful garden.

Paradisos beach is just a 30-second walk from Itamos studios, which is especially handy for families with kids. Downtown is close too, about 10 minutes on foot, maybe even less. Guests can use the parking and barbecue in the yard. The hosts were pleasant and hospitable, and served us cakes, cheese pie (gibanica), and other treats. They also sell good homemade olive oil. The studio was really nice and clean. Housekeeping came every three days, which was more than okay since we spent most of our time at the beach or in town. We had an amazing time and highly recommend Neos Marmaras and this accommodation for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Colorful, clean, and cozy, and very close to the beach.

If I could, I’d give it a big zero. The owner behaved irresponsibly, unprofessionally, and carelessly, canceling our December 2025 reservation for a family of four less than three weeks before the trip.
