Lidl sounds far at 10 kilometers, but it was only a 10 minute drive. I was there in September 2023 and really liked the place. There was parking right in the courtyard, and getting in was easy. My room had a kitchen, good beds, a wardrobe, and a fridge. I also liked having a terrace where I could eat. Ah, Greece. I miss it.

The outdoor space is a big plus: there’s a huge garden where you can park, have a barbecue, or let the children play. Our apartment had a terrace with a table, chairs, and a nice couch, plus a hose with clean water outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner was friendly. It was a very nice stay at Vila Elena. The place was clean, and they brought us fresh sheets and towels every few days, which doesn’t happen everywhere in Greece. Latoura beach, a small free beach tucked away nearby, was lovely. There’s also a private beach about 5 minutes away, though it’s pricey.

The whole place was green and peaceful, and the garden barbecue was great. Everything was extremely clean, inside the room and bathrooms as well as outdoors. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Lagonisi beach. The staff were always attentive to the room service and whatever we needed. Perfect for a holiday, we’d be happy to stay again at Villa Elena.

Latura beach is a minute away on foot, and Lagonisi beach takes about 5 minutes. The yard is large and lovely, with a nice place for little kids to play. The apartment was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. Wi-Fi was poor, though, and there aren’t any places to eat nearby, so you have to go to Ormos or elsewhere. For two adults and two children, the apartment felt too small. There wasn’t enough room for the fourth bed, which sat right by the front door with no hall, so opening the door meant hitting the bed. The bathroom was tiny, and the bedroom only had a bed and a closet.
