Hotel Krystal

Krystal was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I’m giving it two stars only because the air conditioning worked properly. The rooms I booked were old and very dirty, with worn carpets, old towels that didn’t look clean, and a TV that didn’t work. The hotel said breakfast was included, but it was the poorest breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. For a place called a hotel, I expected it to be clean, but everything felt dirty, old, and tired. Cables ran out into the middle of the rooms to adjust the lighting. I was very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. On my first day there was an ashtray on the table near reception, and someone was sitting there smoking inside the hotel. The man at reception didn’t ask him to stop. I assumed Greece is in the EU and that the law prohibits smoking in enclosed areas, especially hotels.
