We were there for just one night while transferring ferries, and I had low expectations. Still, I feel I have to say this: stay away. The place felt dated and depressing, the reception was rude, and the room smelled of burnt oil. It was the worst bed I’ve seen. Charging 80 euros for a room in that condition seems shameless.

The rooftop bar is a cosy place to sit, with a nice view and no loud music. Breakfast had enough choice, and our room was clean with good beds. The bathroom was a little small but clean, and nights were quiet. I’d recommend it.

We were in town from abroad for a wedding and stopped at their cafe for a break while walking along the beach. The server was polite and spoke kindly to us, even though we couldn’t understand Greek. Since we had a baby with us, the waiter brought hot water and some cakes on the house. Lovely spot and amazing service. Recommended.

The bar on the top floor has a great city view. The rooms could use renovation.
